1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ComServices ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

ComServices reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

ComServices provides a platform for professional service billing and communication. The Service includes prepaid wallet functionality, real-time billing, secure communication routing, and transaction management for professional service providers and their clients.

The Service is provided "as is" and ComServices makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Payment Terms and Wallet Usage

ComServices operates on a prepaid wallet system. Users must add funds to their wallet before using professional services. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and payment processing methods.

Billing occurs in real-time during service sessions. Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance for their intended usage. ComServices reserves the right to suspend services if wallet balance is insufficient.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. ComServices may change its pricing at any time with reasonable notice to users.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraudulent transactions, harassment of other users, transmission of malicious code, unauthorized access to other user accounts, and any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Service.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

ComServices implements appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and transaction data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ComServices, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

ComServices' total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ComServices in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. ComServices reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
